Barclays Bank of Botswana (BBB) today listed two new bonds BBB 003 and BBB 004 which mature
on 2009 and 2008 respectively. BBB 003 has a denomination of BWP 1000 whilst BBB 004 has a
denomination of BWP 10,000 and with nominal values of BWP 50,010,000 and BWP 100,000,000
respectively. Both bonds are fixed rate notes with BBB003 having an interest rate of 11.10% and
11.25% for BBB 004. The International Securities Numbering for BBB 003 is BW 000 000 0520 and
BW 000 000 0538 for BBB 004. The BSE wishes the new listings success on the trading board. |
